Part of our brand is also Tiskárna Restaurant, Centrum Catering and Archa Restaurace. Our team is creative and meticulous and that is exactly what our food is like.

Tiskárna Restaurant is a rather premium restaurant which serves traditional czech dishes as well as world cuisine using modern methods of cooking and styling. This restaurant is where our hotel guests can have breakfast, weekday lunch and friday dinner. There are evening with multiple course menu on a regular basis.

Centrum Catering delivers delicious catering for events in our conference rooms. The individual and professional approach from the start to finnish are a cherry on the top.

I have experience from abroad where I spent over twelve years. My main source of inspiration is Italien cuisine which is often based on good quality wine and a suitable combination of ingredients. The ingredients I use for every meal is my positive attitude towards life and my job. That is the way to conjure a smile upon your face.

My motto is: “When I do something I do it properly and in a clean environment! I attained this aproach back at school during an internship in the best restaurant of Prague (Palfy palace, Hotel Paříž, Obecní dům of FLambeé). Enough talk, let’s try it out yourself.”
