I have experience from abroad where I spent over twelve years. My main source of inspiration is Italien cuisine which is often based on good quality wine and a suitable combination of ingredients. The ingredients I use for every meal is my positive attitude towards life and my job. That is the way to conjure a smile upon your face.
My motto is: “When I do something I do it properly and in a clean environment! I attained this aproach back at school during an internship in the best restaurant of Prague (Palfy palace, Hotel Paříž, Obecní dům of FLambeé). Enough talk, let’s try it out yourself.”
