Can I arrive after 10 pm?
If you arrive after reception closes, we will email you a PIN to collect your room key card from the self-service box.
Can I bring a pet?
Dogs can stay in Economy rooms by prior arrangement. The fee is CZK 349 for the first night and CZK 99 for each additional night.
Are accessible rooms available?
Rooms are accessible by lift. One Economy room has an accessible bathroom with a shower. Please let us know when booking.
Can you arrange a group stay or event?
Yes. Send us your dates, number of guests and room, catering or meeting-space requirements. We will confirm availability and prepare an individual offer.
How can I change or cancel a booking?
Contact the provider you booked with. For direct reservations, contact reception. Cancellation and payment conditions depend on your selected offer and are shown in your booking confirmation.
